Make sure you have your estate plan set forth when you are competent. A recent case came to my attention wherein two half brothers each are battling to be the conservator of their mother's estate. Certainly, the mother never wanted this to occur and valuable assets are being wasted in addition to the scars that it will leave on the family.

So you think you only need a good attorney, accountant, and financial planner to be successfull in business. Recently, I was informed that business owners, especially family members who are successors to the business are hiring THERAPISTS to assist them. Apparently there are factors other than the traditional business principles which may effect business performance.
