We primarily serve small to medium sized
businesses, business owners, and their families. Some of the major areas of practice are:
BUSINESS COUNSEL: Advice and counsel is provided with regard to
incorporation, limited liability companies, partnership agreements, shareholder and
buy/sell agreements, contracts, franchises, purchase and sale of a business, real estate
matters, including, purchase and sale of apartment buildings, office buildings, shopping
centers, mechanics lien issues, real estate development.
ESTATE PLANNING: Advice on the advantages of wills and trusts for
preserving assets and maximizing wealth transfer while minimizing the costs and trauma of
Probate.
LITIGATION: Business litigation in all State Courts of the State of
California and the Federal Court for the Central District of California. Contract
disputes, real estate disputes, business disputes and all claims of entitlement. We
are aggressive in litigation and mindful of the risks and expenses of court.
Terms
Clients can retain the firm on a reduced hourly
basis. To do so, the client commits to an agreed minimum hours of use of the services in
exchange for the reduced hourly fee. This can reduce the client's financial risk in the
case of litigation.
